Jean-Damien Huberty obtained his law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain in June 1997
He then joined the tax administration, direct contributions sector, to follow the training courses and internships of the National School of Taxation which led him to his double legal appointment of inspector of collection (1999) and of taxation. (2000).
He joined the Brussels Bar in January 2001 to practice mainly in the area of tax law, but also in commercial and corporate law.
While working, he completed a two-year additional training at the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Fiscales (ICHEC) to obtain a tax diploma in 2005.
He works in collaboration with several specialized firms, which has enabled him to develop a wide experience of taxation with, however, a preponderance for real estate taxation, local and regional taxes, value added tax.
